- Guaranteed Cost Programs will work well for the firms whose taste for risk is low. The final insurance premiums for any give year will not require guess work.
- Rent-A-Captive Programs are available to firms interested in investigating the captive marketplace, without the risk and cost of creating their own reinsurance company. Firms are allowed to utilize the facility or another captive while retaining the flexibility, cash flow, and tax advantages not found in the traditional marketplace.
- Retrospective Rated Plans will base the final premium on the firms claims. These plans offer the option to be set up on a ‘paid claim’ basis which will require the firm to reimburse the carrier for paid claims, or an ‘incurred claim’ retro, which would require the firm to reimburse the carrier for both paid and reserved claims. Both programs offer a positive cash flow program to the firm with a maximum final cost established at the inception of the program.
